My easy atkins induction phase menu?

Diets don't work without exercise. Just have common sense when you decide to eat, stay in moderation, don't eat till your full, have a mix of healthy grains, nuts, protein, vegetables, and fruit, and incorporate exercising with a mix of cardio and strength. Drink lots of water. That's a good way to lose weight and also shape your body into a sexy form through light weights. Get away from those fads.
