Could my support for Sea Shepherd now jeopardize my chance of going to Japan in the future?

You can be excluded from a foreign country for any reason they see fit to decide. That said, unless you were riding on Sea Shepherd ships helping to damage whaling ships, I don't see how your "support" could possibly make a difference.
