How to Prepare Frozen fish fillets?

I always buy my fish frozen, and I usually just poach it because it's fast and easy and I don't have to thaw the fish. Looking for other ideas on how to cook this frozen fish. It's usually tilapia, flounder or cod. Thanks for your ideas.
