Should the new NHL team in Manitoba be aligned in the same division as the Edmonton Oilers and Calgary Flames?

If so, which team should leave the Western division? As well, I like the names Manitoba Wolverines, Manitoba Pumas, Manitoba Bears, Manitoba Musk Ox, Manitoba Storm and or Manitoba Malamutes. You should not name them the Jets because they are in Phoenix as the Coyotes. Start new and fresh besides, the Jets never had an impressive record and what is the relevance of the name JETS to Manitoba? C'mon get over here and give me some answers!
