Sounds like you have it all worked out. Since you follow a good nutrition diet then you should start taking some supplements. I get mine off of bodybuilding.com. I started using them 4 weeks ago and they have helped. For the weekends I would eat more than eggs and veggies. Eat what you have for breakfast. Along with an omelet eat some turkey bacon. On the weekends try eating a turkey burger for lunch. A chicken or steak salad for lunch. And for dinner take some supplements with some shrimp stir fry.
