never take a big meal. instead take 5 small meals a day which are low cal. 2 of such meals must comprise of fruits every day. go completely vegitarian. go 0 on chocolates. its good that u hate soft drinks. never drink water after ur meals. it slows down ur metabolism making u fat. drink it before the meals. have milk twice a day so that u never go defecient on nutrients. i hope this will help u reduce. all the best for ur surgery and may u enjoy goo healt soon. good luck
