Do l eat my protein dinner too late.....?

You want to get protein in your body 1-2 hours after your workout. Your body has already used what protein it has to repair your muscles so the protein you consume is either used by your metabolism, no this isn't how fast you lose weight or digest, your metabolism is all chemical reactions in your body and protein is used during the process, and then the rest stored as fat to be used as an energy source later on.
