Why is my breathing shaky?

When I breathe tge top part of my chest tightebs up and my inhaling is shaky. My mom put moth crystals in our air vents because of our snake problem. Then she took them out because is said do not inhale. I think that might be why but the smell and the crystals are out of the house and my breathing is still weird. Did the moth crystals do something to my lungs?
