Why doesn't the utility companies not have customer reviews?

I tried looking up customer reviews for aps which is the electrical utility in my area and I can't find customer reviews anywhere. I know it's a government monopoly but I would think that there would be somewhere for people to vent about poor service and misdeeds they do.
