Do I have reasons to worry about my 8 month old boy because of this....? My 8 month old b?

Sweetie, you are describing my last Son to a "T". He drove me crazy. I made special meals just for him. ie..to get nourishment in him I would use a whole egg on a piece of French toast just to get nutrients in him. What I didn't go thru racking my brain to try to do things of that nature in things I KNEW he would eat. Times when he just wouldn't eat. I had an "old fashioned country Dr." & asked him what was the problem as I was worried about him. He replied to me, "I never heard of a baby/even young child starving themselves". Told me NOT to worry, he would eat when he was hungry. That's just what he did. I must admit tho that even today he is a finicky eater. He has improved over the yrs. tho & sometimes I'm amazed at some of the things he'd never even taste let alone eat! He is a far cry from being skinny now tho so all I know "Doc" WAS rite!!! Remember, he IS still cutting teeth too, that sure doesn't help the cause either! Honey, I KNOW he'll be fine, he's just driving YOU crazy is what he's doing...:)
