l prefer to poach my egg in the microwave and everytime l do it, l fail badly! What l do is put in a tablespoon of boiled water into a cup, crack an egg into it, poke/skewer the egg with a toothpick and then cover it with clingfilm and pierce it with a fork. l put it in the microwave for about one minute, but last time l got it out the yolk was still cold so l made another one and put it in for about a minute and 20 seconds and it exploded lol! How can l avoid this? l don't like to use the hob because it goes really wrong for me. Thanks!
